Dispatch Times

All online orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday only.
Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or Public Holidays.
Orders that are paid by bank deposit will not be dispatched until funds show into our bank account. 

All purchases will be tracked and traced & disptached within 2 working days. We will advise you the track and trace number by email once your purchase is on its way.  

Postal delivery is 1 - 3days (North Island) and 3-6 days (South Island). Please note there are delivery delays which can add up to 3 extra working delays to your delivery time. 

Please note standard shipping does not include a signature requirement. If you wish to have your parcel signed for please select 'Signature Required' shipping at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been picked up from our store and a tracking number allocated, you'll receive an email from us with your unique tracking number & delivery estimate.

All orders are shipped with an Authority to Leave – This gives the courier the right to leave your order somewhere safe on the premises if you are not home at time of delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please note: any delivery addresses received incomplete on orders, will delay the dispatch time/delivery time.

If you have entered the wrong address, please give our team a a call on

We are sometimes unable to change an address once the order has been placed.

If you have received a tracking number already, we recommend giving your courier a call and asking them to redirect it!
