We accept Returns.
We gladly accept returns for items in original unworn condition with tags attached.
Returns must be lodged (via email) within 10 days from date you received your goods and we will provide you with a store credit or refund (refunds only applicable for purchases made online not in store store purchases)
Original postage cost will not be refunded.
SALE ITEMS are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on swimwear & intimates (lycra based items, excluding rashies) due to hyigene reason.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on WETSUITS on sale. Please choose carefully.
Gift cards purchased either online or in store are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
EXCHANGES: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, you're welcome to do so. Please note that both the return postage and the shipping cost to send your new item are at your expense.
Refund
Refund - Full refund will be given less the original shipping cost. The return postage cost to be at customers expense.
Sunglasses Returns
For quality and assurance purposes all sunglasses are photographed and checked by our team before being sent out to you.
If you wish to return sunglasses please make sure the following criteria is met:
• You must contact the store via email within 5 days of receiving the sunglasses
•The sticker seal must be intact to qualify for a refund/store credit
•If you believe the sunglassses to be faulty please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns questions
>Return Condition
All products must be returned:
• Unworn and unwashed
• All tags attached with original packaging (including sunglasses seal sticker)
• Free from make up, animal hair and any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder)
We do not accept returns on the following items:
• Swimwear (lycra based items)
• Neoprene items (eg. wetsuits)
If your items do not meet these conditions, your return request will be denied.
>Refunds
• Refunds are eligible for full priced items within 10 days of receiving your goods.
• We will deduct the original postage cost out of your refund, and the return postage label is at the customer expense
• Please note: Refunds are not eligible for sale items & lycra based items
• If you wish to make a return, please let us know your reason for return in your email.
• Depending on your payment method the funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back into your account.
•All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
>Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item in your order please let us know as soon as possible. If we have the item you are wishing to exchange for in stock we will hold it for you and post it to you once we receive your original order back in store.
Please note that both the return postage and the shipping cost to send your new item are at your expense.
>Faulty or Incorrect
If you believe your item received is faulty or incorrect please contact us by via email as soon as possible.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.
Oasis does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Oasis reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing & accessories. If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / store credit.
